Download a client reconciliation report file

https://sandbox.carusell.world/reconciliation/api/v1/outgoing-reconciliation-files

Downloads the generated report file. Use the s3Key from the status response as key and the reportId as reconciliationId. The file is returned as an attachment in the format selected when the report was requested (XLSX or CSV).
